Return Policy

 

Lollie Wraps may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 

 

For a refund or exchange, Lollie Wraps must be returned new, with tags attached, in original packaging at customer's expense.

Please inspect your Lollie Wrap upon first use. If any damage is found, making the carrier unsafe, please return it for a refund or exchange (exchanges may not be of the same fabric).

 

Warranty Information 

 

All Lollie Wraps have a one year (from purchase) warranty against normal wear and tear. If damage from normal wear and tear happens in the first year, such as a snapped thread, please contact us for repair.
